New Home PDI Inspection

Before you take possession of your new home, the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) is your opportunity to discuss damaged, missing, incomplete or non-functionality issues with your builder prior to the close of your home. We can indicate to you, the new home purchaser, what those deficiencies are.

Our PDI inspection ensures that you should have all the information you need to confidently submit your Pre-Delivery Inspection form. Normally, issues will be resolved most quickly when identified prior to the close of your home.
